Standard Development Agreement

Please read these terms carefully before commissioning any web, mobile, or enterprise software project with Maaya Softech.

All development work is executed based on the mutually agreed Project Specification Document or Quotation. Any feature request, third-party API integration, or layout modification outside the original scope will be billed as an additional feature request upon client approval.

Our pricing structure is transparent with zero hidden monthly SaaS taxes:

• Advance Deposit: 30% - 50% initial payment to commence UI design and database architecture.
• Development Milestone: Progress demo link provided on staging server for client review.
• Final Deployment: Remaining balance cleared prior to live server deployment and source code repository transfer.

Upon receipt of full payment, Maaya Softech transfers 100% non-exclusive intellectual property rights, database schemas, and full Git source code repositories directly to the client. You maintain complete ownership of your software platform without vendor lock-in.

We deploy your web application or backend API to your preferred cloud infrastructure (AWS, DigitalOcean, cPanel, Hostinger, GCP). Cpanel or SSH root access credentials are transferred directly to your team upon project sign-off.

All projects include complimentary post-launch bug-fixing support (30 days for basic websites, 90 days for enterprise apps/ERPs). Support covers resolution of any code errors or syntax bugs within the original approved scope.
